All i seem to want to eat is junk food!

Im having all day nausea at the moment and when i feel like i can eat something, i just want junk food, like chips.
Im normally such a healthy eater, is anyone feeling the same? x x

Same here m2a. I have been going to slimming world and lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks but I just got on my scales this morning and it seems I have put on 3lbs!! Gutted. Desperate not to end up enormous.

I would normally fight cravings by having a cup of tea but it seems I'm not supposed to drink too much of that either. Bah...
 
I had a bump from my last pregnancy even though i had a mmc and now i seem to be just filling it with junk food!
I need to have more self control over what I eat but its so hard when your struggling to eat anyway x x


 
I was exactly the same, especially crisps.... Sometimes I would crave carrots and fruit so I did eat healthy once ur twice lol
 
So far the last thing I've craved is junk and only seem to want things like grapes, cucumber or celery although I've eaten so many cream crackers to help with nausea they not exactly good for you! Hope the healthy cravings continue all I ate was sweets and chocs with my daughter and piled on 4 stone!
 
ahh hun i feel for u i really do drink a lot of water or try ginger beer. we got a take out the other day i got a big cheese burger and chips and a chocolate fudge cake and all i could eat was the fudge cake no problem lol so it happens when you hit about 11-14 weeks you be much better xxxxx
 
just saw this post and had to reply!!! all i ate for the first 2 months was burgerking, mc d's, crisps!!! i was so bad with sickness and it was the only thing i wanted to eat.anything crap basically.... you name it i ate it!!!!!!! i gradually got better tho!!!!
 
all i can eat is bad stuff too! sometimes crave fruit but when i eat that i get really gross burps, guess it upsets my stomach acid. I have burps generally anyway atm but fruit flares it up. I find I have to eat something every 2 or so hours or i start feeling sicky.
plain pringles and cheese :)
 
had a bit of a scare yesterday at 9 weeks. Went to hospital and on the way home about 11pm all I craved was junk food. Went to McDonalds and had my first ever Big Mac, have never fancied one before. Then had a mars bar on the bus home :) Hopefully it doesn't carry on like that or I'll balloon to the size of a house :)

All i seem to be doing is burping after EVERYTHING i eat, even if i just drink water i still burp....its gross:shock:
 
I was the same in my first tri too nausea was awful so just wanted cheesy things, I didn't really watch what I ate as I just wanted to eat, try not to worry too much about weight the main thing is to eat and when you are feeling nauseous this can be easier said than done so eat what you can xx
 
I am suffering with permanent nausea as well. To make things worse I have bad ibs which has been helped by going on a gluten free diet. But right now the thought of the gluten free food makes me wretch! I have started eating it again and hope it doesn't make me worse. I just want normal pizza, normal pasta, yummy garlic bread etc. I am finding it hard to eat anything at all so figure that at the moment its best to eat something, even if it isn't that healthy!
 
just ordered an indian takeaway, have ordered far too much and things a lot hotter than I would usually choose but I just feel I need the spice. CANT WAIT :)
 
ate a whole chicken curry, a whole garlic naan, veg pakora and spicy potato fritters. Feel so full. Totally overdid it but it was soooo good :) Will be back to healthyish food now.
 
Wow interesting to hear so many people craving takeaways, I'm the complete opposite - the thought of indian, chinese, Mcd's all make me feel very sick! I've never been one to eat a lot of takeaways but now I don't even want to touch them anymore.

I even cooked myself a full english breakfast today but couldnt eat it :-(

I seem to be craving good things, think I'm going to try to eat some fruit now instead :)

I say eat whatever you can though, If you body wants it then eat it :) xxx
 
All I seem to want to eat at the moment is any form of potato with lots of cheese! I still enjoy fruit, but like others it gives me the worst wind!
 
I just keep craving savoury foods which is really odd for me as I normally have such a sweet tooth! All I want is cheese or carbs! Cheese jacket potato, cheesy pasta, chips, pizza - eek! I'll be the size of a small village by October :oooo: OH thinks I must have a mouse in my tummy given all the cheese I crave! x x
 
I do not know what I would do without chips... Have been in France for the last three days and so am very limited on what I can eat there with all the smelly cheeses so have been living on chips....

Am feeling fine first thing in the morning and then about 11am I start to feel hungry and a little ill at the same time... Then do not feel like anything except chips...

Cheese puffs from M&S are the best also... My friends where telling me that you crave what your body needs... so is it the carbs, salt or oil or all three.... mmmmm

Am going to turn into a big fat things by three months let alone by 9 months....
