Alex's Breathing

In the last 5 minutes Alex's breathing has started to sound really nasally and I am worried typically as a first time mum if he has a cold or could it be something more sinister, cannot settle him at all. He hasn't fed much today either only about 4/5 feeds and just tried to express and nothing coming out now am worried he has not been getting enough

have you got a nasal aspirator? They clear all the gunk out of their nose. Also some infant chest rub will help clear him up hun. If his feeding really worries you make a doctors appt. xx
