Agnus castus

Hi ladies. Had blood tests yesterday to check for pcos. And its more than likely to come back as positive as they have done in the past before TTC. If so would it be an idea to start taking agnus castus? Have read about it on here quite a bit and have done some research on line. It seems it can be helpful. However I thought you had to stop taking it after ovulation. But as I don't seem to be ovulating I'm a bit confused as to how to take it! Advice would be much appreciated!

I think the advice for PCOS is to take it month round, except whilst your bleeding.

It is definitely worth trying. Looks of people see improvements with it.

I have PCOS but i never tried Agnus Castus, heard some good things about it though. When my cycle went off track, i used to take Starflower capsules, and they seemed to regulate things for me. I'm a skeptic when it comes to herbal remedies but i someone recommended the starflower to me and i figured i had nothing to lose, i was pleasantly surprised.
