What's your plans on getting back into your pre-pregnancy clothes after the little one has arrived? Are you planning on slobbing it out a bit longer until you have settled into your new routine or you planning on jumping into a diet and fitness plan the day after you give birth?

I plan to get in to an excercise routing as soon as I can, but words are not actions!!!!

I know I'm definitely keen to get back into shape but I'm not sure when I will start. I keep reading that you are not meant to exercise until 6 weeks after the birth but I don't think I will be able to wait that long. I plan on trying to eat sensibly as soon as possible (not overly healthy). I also want to go on really long walks with baby to ease into exercising. I will do that as soon as I can. Maybe after a few more weeks I will start exercising using Your Shape: Fitness Evolved and Dance Central on the Kinect. xx

I'm planning on cutting out the crap I'm eating at the moment whilst I'm pregnant, and taking my baby out for a walk everyday to try and get rid of the weight. Am hoping the weather stays nice so I can get out and about with him, if not I guess the Wii fit will be coming out! I'm not going to put loads of pressure on myself, the weight will come off eventually.

Well my healthy eating starts the day little one is born! I told my OH the day our son comes to life is the day my obsession with junk food dies!!!!

I have eaten way too much this pregnancy and ive put on almost 4 stone
so ill be being very strict on my diet and getting it off asap! I wanna wear my size 10s again! x

This is where we differ Cherelle cos I've told OH my first meal when I get home after giving birth is a sausage, bacon and fried egg sandwich!!! I can actually taste it!!! I am dying for that!!! Once I've eaten that, I'll think about eating healthily!

Lol! My problem is i cant do things by halves, i can either be very strict from the start or i just veg out theres no inbetween or me!! x

I'm just going to cut out all the crap as soon as I have baby. My OH has a very strict diet as he used to be over weight and lost it all so I'll just do the same diet as him which will help me along the way. I have a wedding to go to at the start of July so I want to have lost some weight by then. X

I just hope the weather is good once the babies are here so we can all get out and about!

I'm hoping it's pretty much same as last time,

I think with running around after baby lack of sleep, loose of appetite n living of cereal as it's fast, I'll loose it again then after a few weeks I'll start to tone up, I didn't have a prob loosing weight it's just the toning it up bit n havin time to do so x

I'm making the most of needing extra food/calories for breast feeding and slobbing out a bit longer! lol Then when i'm in a good routine with not only the baby but my childminded kids i'll dig our my old Davina McCall workout DVD and get fitter again! :) x

im just going to go with the flow to be honest. im in no rush as such but will be taking lo for walks everyday and have a wii fit and kinect which i will just play on as and when i can. also hoping breastfeeding will help abit.

my problem will probably be toning up aswell. sit ups and stomach etc will be fine. i just struggle with a good excercise to tone bum and thighs. any suggestions? xxx

Running! I loooove running but unfortunatly we live in the hilliest village in the world! We're thinking about leaving LO with the in-laws on a Sunday afternoon when he's a bit older and I feel back to normal and going running for an hour or so because it's nice and flat where they live. I'd love to be able to get to the fitness I was before bubs! My Bro in Law just did a 10k run and I was so jealous, especially when he told me his time because i'd have done it quicker back when I was fit! lol x

I'll b getting fit straight away,got 9wks between birth and my wedding....gulp

Well, I haven't actually put on that much weight! I have a huge bump but midwives keep saying that I'm doing very well on the weight front. All my usual clothes still fit me (even my skinnies!) is just that there's an added bump sticking out the front ha ha :) But I've never been one for dieting and focussing myself on losing weight so any weight I do put on will wait it to drop off naturally :) I lost 3 1/2 stone last year by just waiting so I'm sure I'll manage a few pounds :) xx
