After a sweep is this normal?

I had a sweep this morning and since I keep every now and again keep getting this tingly feeling in my foof. Also the top of my pubic bone feels quite tender and kind of sore. Is this normal?

Oh goody. Doesn't hurt at all just feels odd.

How are you flexi? Are you still getting contractions hun?
