Could that be possible? Ethan doesnt settle very well at night if the lights are off but will if I have the lamp on :?
He's just spent 9 months in the dark so it doesnt make sense but it seems to be the case that he really doesnt like it

i was thinking this... i know keeley's a lot older than ethan... but evrytime i put keeley to bed if she's already asleep she will wake up and cry but as soon as i go in and turn the lamp on to see where her dummy is she stops cryin and goes to sleep :?

mayb you could buy a night light hun :?

Dad's had him all day and he's been good as gold. Then I took over for the night shift and he woke at 1.15am and has led me a merry dance. Ive brought him downstairs now and he's settled on the couch FINALLY. I'm fooked

Ive got him a light show thingy and I'm asleep before him with it. He's also got a built in light on his cot but makes no difference, he seems to prefer my lamp on then I cant sleep with it on.

Will have a look around for one I can attach to his cot so he can see it but I cant (His cots got a hood I can put it behind)

Leorah has hated the dark since birth!! It took weeks before we realised what the problem was. We now keep the hall light on all night :)
