Af cramps after ovulation

I've been having cramps since ovulation and they are getting stronger every day it almost feels like af is guna come early need a hot water bottle to settle it I reckon I'm 2dpo and I now have more white lotion like discharge, is this a good sign? Xx

I did have alot of cramps last cycle, not this though. But would this be your first pregnancy? Xx

No I got caught 5 years ago with an ex but lost it around 6 weeks and I don't remember anything with that though,
This is the first time I've had af cramps though except when I'm actually on af they are really sore and with me having discharge I keep checking as it's like I'm on me blob xx

Not a lot you can do but get checked over if they get really bad. Worth testing when it's time xx

Yeah I will do and if af comes then I might just buy ovulation strips from amazon just for next month though, sooo tired too went to sleep at midnight and oh woke me up at 1pm to tell me to get up cos in laws are coming over, stood in shower for 10 mins trying to wake up it's not helped I wana go back to sleep xx

Sleep wise, almost the same for me. Went to bed at midnight, woke up normal time, did horses and dogs then went back to bed til midday.

I've had to take some paracetamol as got headache I'm that tired such a lovely day too Hung bedding on line so that I don't try and sneak off back to bed lol xx

Good luck, hope you're not in my part of the country as it just absolutely pissed it down here!

Oh, it's very warm...that's why we're waiting for a storm...needs to clear the air, lol.

It's first time I've had this in almost a year and half of trying so I'm hoping it's a good sign especially it lasting after ovulation still crampy today and "wet" and very tired xx
