AF cramping on ov day?

Hey girls, just wondered if any if you guys get AF type cramping on ov day? I think I either ov'd yday or today going by temps (+ opk last night and 36.26 temp yday, 36.48 temp this morn).
All day today though I've bn having period cramps, low down beneath my belly button? Anyone else get this? It's defo the first month I've felt it as strong x

personally im not sure, on sunday i had some AF pains, and iv got my peak reading on my fertility monitor today so im not sure if theyre linked but iv seen lots of women talk about ov pains on here so i think its defo a possibility. i think some people might have gone to far as to mention ov spotting?! just get BD'ing and keep your fingers crossed! mine are crossed for u xxx

They are pretty bad! I've had them since around 10am today and still going...just hope it's nothing to be worried about! X

If its just a one off then I doubt its anything to worry about hun. Might just be extra strong ovulation ready for your bfp x
