hi all, im new and just need abit of advise.

i found out at the begining of Jan i was pregnant, sadly i misscarried on the 10/2. it was comfirmed by the hospital it was a complete m/c. I havent been feeling right since this happened, and i dont know why but yesterday i decided to take a pregnancy test, i was shock when it came up positive in a matter of seconds. later on yesterday i bought another pack and again both test quickly showed positive. i rung my dr's and was told to bring a sample in this morning for testing, which ive done. while out in town today i went a bought a clearblue, the result on the clearblue read 'pregnant 3+'

is it posible to become pregnant so soon after a m/c, im still shocked and comfused, as a few yrs ago i had tests done and was told that i would need an egg donor and icsi to concieve.

thanks

Zoe

Hi hun

Yes its possible, I mc late jan and fell pregnant 2 weeks later sadly I mc again but my doc said you are at no greater risk mc a second time. I hope you are pregnant again and its not left over hcg from your last pregnancy.
Fx for you hun :)

Xx

I miscarried 25th September (at 5w) and got another BFP on 25th October.

Sadly that was also a miscarriage.

I hope this works out for you hun, many women go on to have healthy pregnancies after a loss!

thanks ladies, i have to phone my dr tomorrow for the result then they'll take it from there. im hoping its a BFP, and not a false one. its been a very long wait. i've been TTC for over 9yrs, had a few m/c over the yrs too.

hi my dr has comfirmed i am pregnant, i have mixed emotions but im happy, now its a case of everything cross till the 4/4 when i have my early scan.

Oh bless you hun!

I hope you get to see your little bean soon

Ill keep my fingers and toes (and eyes) crossed for you. xxx

Just try to relax. When I got my bfp this time I was racked with nerves, as I'd already had 4 early losses, 3 had been in consecutive months before getting my positive test. I was well warned by my doctor to not assume the worse, and do everything in my power to relax and stay stress free. I played a lot of happy music and kept myself distracted, and just tried to be a lot more positive in general (even letting little things go instead of arguing with DH, which never happens!).

I'm now nearly 21 weeks preggers and bubs is happy and healthy, touch wood. Please just make sure you chill as much as you can, and don't fear the worst as it won't do either of you any good xx

thanks ladies :D im trying to stay stress free. think the biggest stress now is work, as last wk i did a 55hr wk. need to speak to my line manager and explain but dont want a risk assessment in place just yet. i havent told anyone yet, not even my mum or my partner, in a way i dont want to either at the moment.
Good luck ladies and ill keep you all posted and up to date.

Congratulations, lovely news.
Try and relax, I know that's easier said than done.xx
