Has any body and tips for stopping spotting before af? I'm on b6 100mg and Angus cactus nothing is working. Doctors aren't concerned. Iv a cyst but they tell me it doesn't cause spotting.

Is it just before af? I had mid cycle spotting before and was treated for cervical erosion x

I had a cyst and spotting before AF. I had a hormonal imbalance because I was overweight. You could avoid anything with estrogen in it. I gave up soya and dairy and lost weight and it stopped. I'm surprised they have not sent you for an ultrasound to check your womb. Do you have normal periods?

Also a hemoragic cyst will cause spotting by bleeding mid month when you try to ovulate. Might be worth asking for a refeerral to gynaecology at a hospital.

Hello sunflower. Iv had an ultra sound which showed the cyst. They took swabs and told me nothing to worry about. Just seems strange that it's not a cause for concern. It can be up to a week before af I start spotting x

I had it for a week before AF and sometimes longer. I was told it was because of a hormone imbalance but once I lost weight it stopped. If you are ovulating then it probably isn't a problem as far as fertility goes. You could focus on natural ways of balancing hormones.

I also read that excess candida can mess up hormones as it acts like estrogen. I did this diet for quite a while https://www.thecandidadiet.com/anti-candida-diet/ and I think it helped. I also did a low carb diet and gave up dairy and wheat. A friend of mine did Paleo as her hormones were a mess and it helped.
