I was in a 4 car pile up on a dual carridge way when I was travelling at 50MPH with my 2 daughters in my car they were 4 and 2 at that point, I was also 5 days away from my due date.

Due to the seriousness of the crash ( I was in the middle of it ) My car was written off there and then, We were lucky to only of got whiplash.
I am claiming through my solicitors, for whiplash and causing major backache. But it has all gone against me, Because I was so pregnant they say it probably all came from that. Anyway Im not too bothered about myself.

My 4 year old suffered really bad bruised arm due to the hard arm rest on her booster seat. So our solicitor said he will also claim for my 2 young daughters because my 2 yr old was also suffering anxiety.

Does anyone know what happens with the Girls compensation money. Me and my husband do not want any thing from their money, that is theirs. But We have heard that their money will go to a courts fund till they are 18. Now Im a bit miffed with that mainly because my baby Joe was only 5 days away so was really there too. We were going to split what they got 3 ways. Does anyone know if there is a way of still doing this?

Sorry to witter, I just get carried away with myself :rotfl: And it may not make no sense lol

Erm might be better to ask your solicitor what happens as I would think they would be the people to know.

I'd not have a clue without googling and doing a bit of online research.

I want to ask solicitor but feel very intimidated by them :( Not sure why, maybe because they the big men and we just the little people they deal with.

I have googled as much as i can and cant find much. Its only because I dont want little Joseph not getting a cut in it really. As I want it equally spread between the 3. I think I have no choice really but to ask the solicitor man, Think I may get hubby to call :rotfl:
