Advice Please

Hiya

Please could some one help me work out when im due to OV next. For my last cycle i worked it out at May 11th (28 day cycle). AF arrived yesterday which means i had a 21 day cycle. Also i had a bit of spotting on Saturday so is that the first day of my peroid or no? It was very very little blood.

Please could someone helo because im afraid im going to miss it again and im stressing myself out.
