Advice please!

hello girls, i dont know when i ovulate or even roughly but needed to post my past months "activities" to see what you think (i normally have a regular cycle of 28/29 days)

basically on CD 17 i have slight spotting (only when i wiped) which TMI ALERT was brownish maybe light pinkish colour. It was only one night this happened. Too early for implanation?? That week i also had the sorest nipples, even the shower water hurt them very painfull

But everything is fine now, no other symptons whatsoever but am about 4 days late for AF!!

i have tested and its been BFN!

Maybe you ovulated early therefore that could have been implantation bleed, did you have any signs that you were ovulating like pains or anything?

I would keep testing every few days if AF doesnt arrive, if still BFNs then I would see your GP as some people dont get positive HPTs for a long while as the pregnancy hormone goes into their blood instead of urine so your GP may do a blood test.

Are you stressed about anything, this can delay your period sometimes? Hope that helps

nope, no signs of ovulation at all

not stressed, prob the opposite at the mo but il just keep testing as AF may just be late
