I came on ten days early on the 19th this month and came off a few days ago. Today I have got really bad period pains cramps feel faint and it's all on my left side I've taken painkillers could it be in place for when period should of been tomorrow and it feels like I am coming on am so so tired! Not quite sure what's up I clearly can't come bk on again. I don't understand really!! Confused to say the least ....

yer could be ovulating if it all on the left hand side and it really hurts near your hip keep an eye on it coz thats how apendasitis starts if your dizzy as well have some water incase your de hydrated because a dehydrated womb can become a contracting womb and you dont want that will feel like period cramps x x x x
