Kade turned 3, November 28th.

Logan's due the beginning of Feb. Kade starts nursery the beginning of Jan.

School is quite a walk away, and we have no car, it's going to be FREEZING, and probably raining, and i'm going to need to walk with both boys most afternoons and then pick Kade up again.

He's normally really well behaved near roads and stuff, but he's never had to walk beside me not holding my hand, and i won't be able to push my pram 1 handed... so, buggyboard for when Kade's tired out, and not listening to mummy to hold onto the pram and walk nicely? or not?

Basically there isn't a time where we won't be near a busy road, and i'm really freaking out over it :( x

I've used one and am undecided tbh. I think it depends on the child. I looked after one who would be really silly on it and it was a pain.

Have you thought about a sling for baby instead? For the walks to and from nursery.

I love my buggy board. I say definately. And if you dont use it you can sell it on.
I also used a sling though and thats a good investment also.

I would sling baby - I did think about a buggyboard but am really tall so would have kept kicking it.Plus if Seren was playing up I could just see it being a nightmare. However I have seen Urchin's toddler behave brilliantly on hers and it works for her.

I know this sounds REALLY stupid and there's probably a logical answer.. but won't the baby get really wet, if it's raining? is there anything you can buy that kind of waterproofs them? x

I had one for my son and he hated it! Just refused to stand on it! Or he would but when we moved he would step off! It scared him I think! And I always kicked it and hurt my toes!
Though I have seen this other type where its like a bike thing? They sit on it? lol Hard to explain I will try and find out what they are and get a pic!

I would use a sling too :D

And fab day for a birthday :D Mine is the 28th too :D

I use an umbrella when its raining - Cally has a waterproof coat on and is pretty much sheltered.

I've got a buggy board and found it to be godsend. Our son refers to it as his skateboard, he loves it.

If you do get one, make sure you keep the box etc. If you don't get on with it flog it on ebay, they sell for good prices on there.
