I have to go to a driving lessons at 11.30 and im really really nervous, does anyone know if its ok to take kalms while your pregnant? (it says to consult your doctor on the label, but it says that on most things... I hoped someone might know for sure)

Know this is abit late now, but if you are a nervous person I believe bach rescue remedy is ok to take while pregnant. You just put a little drop on your tounge and its supposed to caml you right down.
