Has anyone got an advice or tips to ease morning sickness. Mine is lasting all day. I'm 7 weeks and I'm really struggling to keep anything down.

I feel you... I have nausea throughout the day but only sick once or twice throughout.

The only tips I have is to carry sick bags with you... I find I panic about being sick less if I have a bag!

If your really struggling you can get some tablets from the drs, I was really sick with my first and ended up in hospital but once I'd had tablets I felt loads better x

If you're feeling nauseas all day then it really is affecting your quality of life. If you are vomiting and not keeping hardly anything down it is really affecting your health. The effects of starvation on a fetus are worse than the effects of antiemetics. If you have tried all the usual things such as ginger, eating small plain foods such as crackers little and often, travel bands etc then you might need some extra help from your gp. Also the earlier you start on the antiemetics the more effective they will be.
If you are losing weight or have any signs of dehydration you could have hyperemesis gravidarium which is a serious case of morning sickness and you will need to go to hospital for fluids to be rehydrated. I have hg and think that there should be more information about this serious pregnancy illness as a lot of people don't know about it.
I hope that you start to feel better soon. Xoxo

P.s. the baby gets all its nutrition from your stores so at least you can rest in the knowledge that even if you are struggling to get enough nutrition your baby won't be.

Completely agree with Skyeway, best to go see your GP before it potentially gets any worse. I've had hyperemesis since week 5 and it definitely isn't known about enough. I've massively struggled with every day life for almost 7 weeks now. I'm on 2 different anti sickness tablets but still not going a day without vomiting. I tried all the old recommended tricks before the GP and obviously none of them worked. Don't suffer longer than you need to because you feel it's normal xx
