Advice for a friend RE hcg levels

My friend is currently 7 and a half weeks pregnant.
she had her hcg levels taken on tuesday and they were 21000 and on thursday they were 22662.

do these levels sound alright? should they still be doubling in a 48 hour period? she can only get a dr appointment for next week, and obviously she's not really sure if things are progressing like they should do.

any one able to help?

Hi your friends levels seem to be in the normal range for the number of weeks. Theres a chart here http://www.fertilinet.com/hcg_%20levels ... gnancy.htm it says on the site that around 8 weeks the levels go up based on the indivdual so they don't have to double every 48 hrs. Hope this helps and hope your friends ok.

Yes i think they are fine, i too read somewhere that the levels go up but not as dramatically as earlier on think it might be every 72 hours or so
