Wondering if I should give these Adios slimming pills a go.
OH thinks their a waste of money.

What do you lot think??

I tried these a few years back and I've got to admit they did nothing for me.

the ONLY way to lose weight is to simply burn more calories than you consume, by diet AND exercise, no tablet is gonna do much for you imho

get some exercise and watch what you eat, it is a simple as that

i tried these but kept forgetting to take them!! Needless to say didn't work!!

i'v never tried slimming pills coz i'm on the skinny side (well was b4 i got pg lol) but i cant imagine any of them work.

if they did work there'd be no fat people would there?!

i think the pills are just there to help break down fat you burn. You have to have a diet and work out aswell. I wouldnt buy adios, i bought some cheaper ones from morrisons last night and they have exactly the same ingredients.

I tried these pills, and spent the next 3 days in the bathroom!

I only had about 4 of them! Think they are still knocking about somewhere in my bathroom cabinet so you are welcome to the rest of the pack if you want them :D

I've tried them (and many others) in the past. All a waste of money.
The only true weight loss way is, as Sassyminx said, is to burn more than you eat, healthy, low calorie foods and the dreaded excersise I'm afraid. Mind you I say that sitting here 6.5 months pregnant knowing I can't diet, watch for my excuses come September when I need to do something about the excess baby weight and excess pre-baby weight!!!! LOL

sing diet pills from ebay and what they do is supress your appitite and these work but once again good diet and excersise it a key factor :)
