Are slimming tabs like Adios safe to take when TTC?

Have got some in the cupboard from Ebay that I got last year. They are herbal...no speed or anything in them. Do you think they'll be okay to take? I took them b4 we started TTC and they seemed to be working and would like to try them again.

Dunno..i was thinking the same thing..i have adios but it says not to take if preg...thing is i think they work by stimulating your bowels and bladder and not sure if i want anything like that working if trying to get a little cell to stick...not sure, need advice from someone who did and successfully concieved!! xx
