does anybody have any websites/tips or info on how i can do this on myself to bring on labour? iv had a look online butmost of the books u have to purchase and its a bit too late now lol! anyone know where to poke or how ect lol?!?! x

there are a few sites you can go on, i used accupressure when i was overdue for a few days.

i dont know to be honest but i did go into labour on my own and for the first time in 7 babies my waters broke naturally and this is the first time i had tried acupressure
