Aww ive not reached thst stage yet but good to know what ive got to look forward to ! :)

I wet myself after laughing too hard at something OH said in the middle of homebase lol!!

Hi Izzybump, you're not alone, Ive been doing kegels since wk 16 and thought I was in control in that area but the other day stood up from bed and coughed and felt a trickle down my leg - how embarassing!!In fairness I have a residual cough from bronchitis so expect it will have more impact on my control in that area but doesn't prevent me thinking the same as you, the key is the smell as they say...

I've had a horrendous cough for three weeks now and there's definitely a couple of times a day where I trickle a little. I've been wearing a pad so it's not been bad however it happened just before I got in the shower 2 days ago and I did not enjoy it running down my leg

No I can relate its v demoralising n embarrassing. .lucky for me was on my own at home. ..

remember that well! I sneezed once while making a cuppa and well you know the rest!

Omg I'm only 27.5 weeks, not sure I'm ready to hear all this lol! Im also in denial about birth at this stage! :) xx

Eeeesh, not looking forwards to this! Sat here doing my pelvic floor exercises now though :D
