aches

Hello
i am 13 and a half weeks pregnant and all day have had dull period like aches.
Its really worrying me
No blood just dull aches.
anyone had these??? :'( x

i got them really bad in tri 1 and they eased off in tri 2 but are back. Its just everything growing and stretching x

As loula said it's very normal, the hormones of pregnancy relax all your smooth muscles in body to make room for LO, I am ten weeks tomorrow and feel the same sort of stretching achey feeling. If the pain got quite unbearable and sort of taking your breath away or any blood loss I would seek advice
