Aches & pains

Is it just me or does anyone else have sore backs, knees and ankles?? Put it down to the after effects of labour for the first week but 3 weeks on it's still here. The back I get but what's with the knees and ankles?? Anyone else having the same issue? Xx

7 months on and my knees, ankles and back still aren't the same!!!

ive pulled a muscle or damaged the cartilage in my elbow so it locks and clicks every day. hurts like hell too but i can t not use it, i have to get up off the sofa and i have a baby to hold lol. knees and back are from getting up and down on the floor to change and play with baba. damn relaxin hormone has a lot to answer for

Luckily my knees and ankles don't hurt unless I've been on my feet constantly, but my back hurts everyday I had an epidural with emcs so I put it down to that just one of the joys of being a parent! Xx

Yep my back is buggered, other joints ok now tho, I'm going to start hitting the weights to try and re strengthen everything x

Aches and pains abound here too - 4 months after giving birth... Ankles, back, knees and most particularly my wrists - absolutely agony when I pick up my LO.

Oh god yeah! I've had physio on my back and hips cos they're so painful, and my knees are buggered!! I've always had problems with them but I'm on ibuprofen gel for the pain and have more physio exercises to do!

yep......back....every morning when i wake up i feel like i have been asleep in a vice! x

Yup, I'm having problems walking and sitting for large amounts of time, in fact we have bought a new sofa as the one we have is crap for my back and legs x x x

yeah my knees!! But I had a planned c-sec so nothing to do with labour. I put it down to added weight from pregnancy I put on two stone, lost 1 stone so far but I dunno if its permanent or not or will ease if I lose that other stone xxx
