Absolutely blinkin' useless!!

I emailed my carseat manufacturer to see if they can confirm the compatibility of the seat in Jax's car (for the meet) and they emailed me back to say they cant as they dont keep the data but they quoted the dimentions of the pushchair

Does anybody know of any websites that lists such carseat compatibilities? The only one I can find doesnt list for Cosatto (its a Lunar travel system)

Have you tried something like http://www.carseatdata.org/ they let you search for the seat you have, the car you have and give you the grades and advice as to whether it's compatible or not. I used a different site when I purchased ours but can't find it right now - if I do I'll post back.

I'm really trying to think what site we used but then it was for Landrover's not standard family type cars....we also used the car seat manufacturer guide http://www.britax.co.uk/FitFinder/GB/Fi ... Postback=y so perhaps your seat makers have a guide on their home website??

I can't think who else might have the information you need.....

How about checking with the car company? Perhaps they might have a list given the recent legislation?

I'll have a look in the car manual tonight there might be something in there about which sizes fit etc, I remember thinking when we got the car that we will only be able to use certain carseats when we have a baby as the back seats are an odd shape.

I took my car to the store when i bought stephens and they told me what fitted in my car then fitted it anyway just to make sure
