Abdominal massage/reiki/reflexology for fertility?

Hi everyone

I've checked out some books on self reiki and reflexology as I thought it can't hurt to try it out on myself. I've also been told that there are certain massages to the abdomen which can help blood flow to the uterus and aid conception but not sure if this is just an old wives tale? Anyone have any input? I know some ladies have already said they find reflexology helpful. Not so sure if it would work doing it on myself but I'm up for a try!

Hey Broody! When I went to a beauty college for treatments I was talking to the tutor about reflexology, I asked her if it helps with fertility and she said that this year 4 of the girls in her class have got pregnant since doing it!!

I've also read that after you ovulated to help with implantation to use a hot water bottle and or keep your feet warm ️xx

Your feet are linked to the Tummy apparently ! Xxx

My mum gives reiki (reiki master as they call them lol).. I asked her about it and she said theres alot of success stories online.

Ive been lucky and fallen pregnant quite quickly both times (1st cycle with no1 & 4th cycle with no2).. Dno if it was just a coincidence but cycle 4 was the cycle i asked my mum for reiki as i was so down with how long my cycles were. I had reiki over a course of a few evenings and got my bfp


Its always worth a go! Any of the above if not anything ull feel relaxed. Xx
