a little unsure?

Hi girls dont know if you can help. I am one day late for af and have lots of signs of either pg or af coming really sore bb tummy cramps on one side last night it was right across as in if af coming and sore lower back.but all tests have come up neg. i dont know if this is any thing to do with it as well but i came offmy pill too about 7/8 wks ago. could that mess things up? i think i ov around valentines day as the day after i had a sharp pain down my left side.

The pill could affect your cycles making them longer when i got my implant out i had like 40 day cycles best thing to do is hold off for a week or do a few more tests then maybe ask your GP for some blood tests xx
