But I open my Bowles every day now, which I guess is good, but jesus it hurts afterwards! I cant decide if the skin is burning or it's inside pain, tmi I can't feel any piles, and Incan hardly walk or sit down afterwards!
Is this ok? Or should I see a doc? X

I was the same. I think its all to do with muscle tone. Your bits have had a hell of a pounding, I think it's totally normal to feel discomfort at this early stage xx

It is uncomfortable and tbh I occasionally get a bit of discomfort now - it takes up to 6 months for everything down there to get back into place.

I think if your bleeding with it though (don't know if you are) you should mention it to doc or hv.

I find drinking lots of OJ helps (softens it up a bit).

I get pains too flexi but it's usually before I poo and I can sometimes hardly walk. They really do mess everything up don't they lol

Lol yep they do! It's sore more than anything, doesnt bleed or anything, I'll just keep up the pelvic floors :) x

:( Hope it improves hun but know exactly how you feel

I still haven't opened mine yet, but it's so uncomfortable I'm dreading it when I do!
Thanks for the heads up on the discomfort front though :/

Get some lactulose on standby hun!it is sore but I found around the time the stitches started to dissolve it was really sore! Also a mix of arnica tablets and hypericum (can get from holland & barrett) apparently promote fast healing!x

Funnily enough, not long after posting that, I went! Woo!
It wasn't too bad, and I'd taken some lactulose as well, so that helped!
Not half as painful as I'd thought, thank goodness! x
