A good sign?

I posted here a few days back as i went for a scan and heartbeat was seen then 3 days later wasn't.
Its been four days since my last scan and i haven't had anymore bleeding and my boobs are still really sore got my next scan on thursday to find out for sure but do you think i would have started to bleed and my boobs would have lost their soreness if everything was bad?
I can't help but think the baby would have started to come away and my boobs would have gone back to normal if it was gone.
Also the baby had grown from 5mm to 5.3 on the scan and my bloods were 180,000 on the last scan.
Also does 180,000 seem really high?
