Ordered taking charge of your fertility but want some more information on a good fertility diet- any recommendations??? Or what I should be eating and avoiding!
I have bought a book actually called The Fertility Diet and it is brilliant. It oulines a large study on nurses who were trying to concieve. It outlines food that has actually been proven to boost fertility.
The best thing you can do for your body and hormones is try as much as you can to eat low GI. Limit refined food, and dont snack on sugary products, its not good for your hormone balance. My fertility specialist recomends this and it makes a lot of sense. Have a little read about low GI for fertility. x x
Hi precious cargo, google "foundation of health" and the first result should take u into a website by Marylin Glenville. Down the left look for the infertility section, click on that and about half way down there's a bit about diet and a free 'ebook' u can download. I started doing some of what's suggested and my af returned after 4 months. Don't know if it was just coincidence but a lot of the suggestions make sense and arent difficult to bring into ur diet. Might be worth a look for u hun x
