A bit icky, front bottom and runny poo question

So I know you don't clean inside the front bottom, but Ophelia's poo's are now quite established and very runny, and yellow, and so I can see it's sometimes in her front bottom and it eeks me out that I cannot clean her there, is a bath the only option as to cleaning it fully I don't want her to be ill there

When it is like that I clean 'in' there. Arrrggghhh this is weird to explain in text... I clean it with wipes ALWAYS making sure you wipe from front to back not to spread infection.
But yeah, the best way is with a bath and splashing water

could you lie her on a towel and sort of give her a mini bath if your worried? fold a towel under her bum bum and poor some water over her bits, wash, etc etc? just an idea?

I clean inside if its dirty in there, I don't if its just a pee or a clean poo.
