There was an article on the daily mail yesterday i think about child brides being as young as 5... but also periods at 9 yrs old holy crap! I thought mine starting at 12 was bad enough!!!

These poor girls, barbaric is the word!

what a surreal story! that's awful, especially if it was rape. but then to be honest... how can a 9yr old girl know that she "wants" sex so it must have been rape

I started my periods at 9, although I knew what they were after talks with mum but never for a second did I think about sex, didn't even know what it really was at that age, was more interested in girlie things

I know kids are getting younger & younger when it comes to knowing about sex etc but I don't know & never have known any 9 year olds that want sex
