somebody who i work with lost there baby today, it was horrible, she was 4.5 months gone!!! she just started bleeding REALLY bad and got rushed to hospital. it was so sad i spent half the day crying!!!! she had been trying for that baby for 7 years
i just feel so sorry for her

Aw that's terrible Sarah. I hope she can find a way to deal with this sad loss. My heart goes out to anyone who loses a child, even more so now I have my own :(

I also had a colleague who lost her baby at 20 weeks, just a few days after she went to her scan, and came to know it was a boy!!!!!!!
she strated labour and delivered the baby but he did not live!!!! I am not at work but I know she is still not back to work! I can't blame her! she had also been TTC for ages!!!!!!!
I also cried when it all happened, I was pregnant at the time!

take care, and hugs
Mel xx

i dont think if i lost a baby i could go thro labour - nothing could be worse

A good friend in Scotland had to give birth to her stillborn baby at 34 weeks - heartbreaking!!!

Thats horrible, I know someone who had a still born she find out after it was born cos the hospital didnt tell her before hand.

A lady at my mother and baby group gave birth full term and her boy was stillborn. She then went on to have 2 miscarriages before her son arrived. Brave woman

AWWW THIS TOPIC MAKES ME FEEL SO DOWN AND UPSET I WANT TO CRY NOW JUST THE THOUGHT OF GIVING BIRTH N ESPECIALY NOW EL JS HERE  :( OMG! DONT!! MY THROATS GOT A LUMP IN IT NOW! MY HEART GOES OUT TO ANY WOMAN WHOS LOST SOMETHING SO PRECIOUS, AND HER FAMILY. XXX

I was so scared of this when i was pregnant, they discovered i had a weak cervix and said if the baby cam before 24 weeks it would be classed as a miscarriage or if after 24 weeks prem labour, i dont know what was worse the thought of losing my baby or the thought of giving birth to a dead baby which you have to do after about 15 weeks, luckily for me Abi arrived safely at 35 weeks, i desperatly want another baby but know i'll have to go through this again :( have been told to see a specialist before i try again. It was hard enough having Abi in SCBU for 1 and half weeks dont know how i'd cope with any longer :( life's a b@$!ard at times!
