7 Weeks 4days.... Not good News :(

i also had this when i was 6 weeks and it lasted about a week, i also had a light pink discharge. i rang EPU and they told me it is normal and that as long as it wasnt bright red and there were no severe cramps everything would be fine!! they wudnt give me an early scan even tho i had had a previous MC so dont know wot your docs wll say hun. hope everythin goes ok try not to worry!! xxxxxxxx

Thanks it does seem like a common thing.

I have spoken to a nurse and she said rest for a few days and if I get any pain at all or the discharge turns red then to go to A&E to get checked over.

Im trying not to worry but cant help it! I have my first appointment with the midwife on thurs so will ask her then about an early scan. I suffer with anxiety so im sure be being stressed wont help baby.

I had the same when I was in the works toilets around 8 weeks.
Don't worry about it hun as long as it isn't painful.
They should inform girls of this as i've found out its quite common in early pregnancy.

so long as its not bright red its nothing to worry about. a lot of women bleed around 8 weeks - the same time as they would have a regualr period. so i have been advised anyhow.

i agree i think they should put more advice about this in books, magazines etc because i came aross this site whilst trying to look for information about a discharge during pregnancy and you guys really put my mind at ease because so many ppl sed that they had experienced it. my midwife sed it is old blood or a burst vein xxxxxxx

I've spoken to MW and she has booked me in on Saturday for an early pregnancy scan. Really worried but excited too, just hoping and preying that everything is ok!

I had brown bleeding for about 4 weeks at this stage. I went for a scan and everything was fine but I was worried sick. Brown blood is old blood so I wouldn't worry too much unless it goes red(although easier said than done).

Ended up in A&E tonight as had quite alot of red blood, was terrified. Its stopped now so they have sent me home. Gotta go for scan on Saturday & rest.
Im so so scared its untrue, just cant stop crying. Thought id let u guys know anyway.

Its bad news, there was a sac but they couldnt see a baby. They have done blood tests and my hormone levels are falling meaning im miscarrying. I have to let nature run its course and go back in 2 weeks for a scan.

Im devestated but trying to stay positive.
