I refuse to google now I have found this site as every thing always comes back as '' you may be having a miscarriage'' can i have some answers from real people please this is my first so still jittery aswell as excited :-0

I get headrushes everytime I stand up or move a few steps suffer from this even when not pregnant, usually means I'm lacking in iron! Maybe your lacking in iron??I'm sure your fine!! Dizzyness is a sign of pregnancy too so must happen to lots of people!! :)

Twice in the last week I have felt faint when standing up for a while. This morning it happened while I was in the shower. I have heard other pregnant women complain of this (something to do with blood flow directed to uterus) and I think it's totally normal.

I sound like a hippy I'm not! But I have been going to acupuncture for a while, Ive been feeling a little dizzy and at my session yesterday he said my pulse was weak and I need to work on my "chi" (my bf thought it was hilarious) so I had a needle stuck in my head and today I feel totally energised!

I suppose your body is working so hard to support your little bean develop that its making you a little weaker than normal. Just take your tine doing stuff and hope it passes for you soon xxx

i have heard acupuncture is good for alot of pregnancy ailments I may just give that a try.

Thanks for all your comments I am sure will have a new question to ask soon enough, i get para at every little thing SO glad i found this forum! So far i have had no support from doctors and no sign of a midwife so I have no idea what to expect lol :-)

I get dizzy usually at least once at some point during the day. For me its usually in the morning but can also happen at any time of day if I get up quickly. I just stand still for a few minutes and it tends to go off very quickly.

I guess its understandable as our bodies are trying to do so many things at once!

xx
