BH should just be uncomfortable(sometimes unoticeable except for bump goes hard). Not sure about IBS but i would imagine that's more painful cramps and bump wouldn't go hard?

I had this same issue the other day and just assumed it was because I had a curry the night before so it must be to do with IBS. My bump always seems pretty solid especially at the top so didn't notice a difference with that.

My Braxton Hicks have been my stomach tightening. It's a squeezing feeling and my bump goes hard all over. It doesn't make me need the loo.

IBS is more cramps and feeling like you've eaten something off.

My IBS was diet controlled before pregnancy and during I've haven't had much bother apart from some diarhea in the early weeks. I have noticed the last few weeks I've been getting cramps but not really needing to go but Ive just assumed baby is squishing my bowels

I've found my IBS has felt quite different since my bump has got bigger. Sometimes Ive been sure baby is on her way and it's turned out to be IBS. I think the pain feels different than pre-pregnancy as everything is squished and so close together xx
