Pulling the cord still surprises me a bit, sorry It's also worth being aware that the injection is sometimes given simply as routine/protocol, so if it's something you don't want, make sure you tell them before they simply give you it without asking. My brother's partner gave birth last October, she had the injection to stop excessive bleeding, but later that night suffered a haemorrhage, so I'm quite interested in the whole third stage decision because of that, it was an unexpected event as the injection was said to be given to prevent that event.
