Past few days I've woken up n cannot breath through my nose at all
Tmi I know but my snot is green it's horrible is there anything I can take also can I use Vicks ? X
Dr said to me Vicks is fine couldn't see that would cause a problem. I had this then my snot went illuminous yellow. I've used olbas oil too on tissues and pillow. Drink lots of fluid and see dr if you get too sinusy would be my advice. Hope it clears up.
