Relieved that the has FINALLY arrived as was starting 2 get a little worried. not happy that it's had me waitin this long!!! Dissapointed even tho I knew it was a long shot that I was pregnant afta all the hpt I took! Lol but was still holdin onto the fact that it hadn't showed!!

Thanks ladies, I plan on doing ; ) just not sure when to expect ovulation? It's been 60 days since the start ov my last period??? Normally only 28 day cycle shall I just work from that? Any1 got any idea? X

No expert on cycles but I guess you should work on a 28 day cycle. Are you temping?

Sorry to hear the got you but at leats you can get on with another round of BD.

I am no expert on cycles hun, i still thought i had a luteal phase of 14 days when it looks more likely that it is 10 lol

I would try temping and using OPKs can help

Thanks 4 the advice. I've not temped before not exactly sure what it involves? Or opks? Lol. I'm a bit ov an amateur!!

Gettin a bit concerned ova my af at the mo. As the thread says 32 days late then started bleeding on sat, but it only really lasted sat? Spotted sun, then nothing mon, but spotting again today?? What is going on? Very confused!!! X

Temping is when you take your temperature either vaginally or orally first thing in the morning BEFORE you get out of bed. You then mark this on a chart. Basal thermometers are supposedly the best but I had used a normal digital one before. You should see a change in temp after ov has occurred.

OPK are used to identify the surge of LH before ov (usually 12-36 hours before). You can buy cheap ones from ebay. You should test twice a day, making sure its the same time both times. Do not use FMU as the hormone builds up gradually during the day and try to refrain from drinking alot of fluid two hours before testing.
