Our 3yo started saying words at around 9 month. Her speech has been well advanced from an early age she's been able to have a full conversation for over a year now. No problems with her speech whatsoever until the last few weeks I've noticed this....
If anyone's watched The Middle, the boy on the show does this thing where he whispers a word or phrase after he says it... well our daughter has started doing this! Only she whispers a word or phrase that I've said rather than herself.
Does anyone else have any experience with this? I don't want to be worrying over a normal 3yo phase but I've read it could be a nervous tic or something.
My HV is round on the 4th to see our new baby so I'm going to mention it. I'm just worried it's the start of something.
