2ww after ivf- help!!

Hi all,
I had the egg transfer done on Sunday morning, unfortunately out of the 5 eggs that we had only 1 had made it but apparently it was a good one so they put it back in!(they didn't tell me the grade tho just said very good!) we went to oxford fertility centre.
I just wanted to know how everyone got thru the 2ww, any stories would be great! Our egg was transfered 5 days after collection. Is this good? I been reading on line and tbh there are all different theories. I have relaxed the last couple of days but have gone on walks and have been listening to my zita west ivf relaxation cd lol! I'm going back to work weds.
I feel really bloated and boobs are sore but I'm putting that done to the progesterone. I have a constant anxious feeling in my stomach tho it's horrible I'm so scared it's not going to work and I can't bring myself to think positive.
Any advice/ stories would be great xxx

I had the 5 day embryo transfer, it means that the embryo was good enough quality to keep it in the lab until its ready to 'hatch.'
Do you feel any different? I really liked having the embryos in my tummy, I felt as if I was looking after them and I even spoke to them! That's normal apparently!
I would say don't get too hot and don't do any vigorous exercise but get lots of fresh air and gentle exercise.
I really hope your little embryo attaches and gives you a BFP.
Do you have anything planned for after you get the result. We had a holiday planned which took my mind off it all.

Ah that's a lovely way to think about it! No we haven't really planned any thing tbh we can't really go on holiday as iv had a week off they all this and hubby just started a new position. I have been relaxing loads, drinking plenty of water, sis treated me to a manicure and pedicure yesterday and I booked an Indian head massage for today. I'm sure when I just wiped there was the tiniest hint of pink there I'm really not letting my self think it might me implantation bleeding (yeah right!) it so hard to think if any thing else right now I just no this next week is going to drag xxxxx
