I would count the day it starts as cycle day 1 no matter what time it starts at but whether that is technically correct, I dunno.
When I went to have them done, the consultant at he hosp said although they arer called "day 21 bloods", the higher reading they are looking for will be present for a couple of days, so I'm not sure being a day out would really matter. I guess "20-22 day bloods" just isn't as catchy a name, or as maybe puts it "day 6-8 after ov bloods".
