Question about AF

Ok so AF finally on the way after over a month!! Have had a blood stained dark brownish discharge (sorry tmi) in my pant liner today so know thats its finally coming. This will be my first AF since finishing the pill so new to this. Do I count today with this discharge as CD1 or wait till AF comes on properly and am actually bleeding? Want to try and chart based on a 28 day cycle - just in case !!!!!

I am fairly sure cd1 should be the first full day of fresh red blood.

Yep, I agree. You need to wait for fresh red blood to start counting.. spotting and brown discharge doesn't count. Lots of luck

yep i would count the first day as proper bleeding too.
