Thanks. It's not been a bad week so much as a bad few months as the pills I'm on are just making me pile on weight :( :wall:

Hope everyone else is doing better xxx
 
I've kept the same weight for the past 2 weeks! It is better than a gain! I've been really good this week so far. I went to the Beefeater for dinner last night. I usually get a rump steak with chips and a big dessert for afters but this time I got a the house salad with grilled chicken and no dessert! :dance: And I actually enjoyed it! Here's hoping I have a loss next week! :pray:
 
I just built a snowman, I have no coffee or tea bags so had a ....

hot chocolate.

I feel really bad :(
 
I highly doubt I'll reach my target by Valentines Day but I am going to try get as close to it as I can.
 
I've been really bad today. Haven't stopped eating because we were stuck indoors all day and because Lily is not sleeping and i'm so run down, ill and fed up with it :( couldn't go to my weigh in today so expecting a gain next week.
 
I've put on 2lb this week! :wall: I was expecting it, had a stressful weekend and comfort ate :oops:
 
Just went on scales..lost 3lb in 3 days!! :shock:

Problme is Ive no idea what I started at for this challenge, or how much Ive lost..need to read back through thread!

ETA:- ooo 8lbs..plus the extra pound from other day I didnt post...9lbs!! :cheer:

Dont think Ill lose 14 for vally day, but so glad its coming off not going on! :cheer:

I'm not sure how long this Special K diet is safe to do? The challenge is 2 weeks and I've been on it over a month :think:
 
I have stayed the same weight again this week! :think: At least I am not gaining! :lol:

I have lost another 4lbs!!! :cheer: Got slimmer of the week too at Slimming world!! :cheer:

10lbs in 3 weeks! :D

I'm going out for a meal tomorrow night, and going out for drinks on saturday night. Argh! A loss might be difficult this week! :doh:
