I try not to drink too much before using the OPKs I'm on cd9 so our cycles are similar.

Hey hon - don't know about cervical position afraid, but I don't limit what I drink too much with ICs. I can't think it's very good for you not to drink for 4 hours or to hold your wee in for too long if it's really uncomfortable though. Maybe compromise and don't drink too much and hold wee for 2 - 3hours if you can and see how that goes... Good luck!! xxx
