Im new to this chat so i hope i'm doing it correctly! Ive recently found out i'm 8week pregnant and i'm really happy BUT i'm currently struggling to eat "healthy" foods.. i usually love my fruit and veg but all i can manage atm is junk food..and not much of it. I'm worried this will affect the baby but my MW told me its ok for now just to eat what i want. I was a very active gym goer and had a brill diet but now im really struggling. This is my 1st pregnancy so any info would be gladly appriciated! Xx
