1st Pregnancy success

this is my first pregnancy and I have had no issues really, I didnt get any symptoms at all until about 7/8weeks and even then I only ever felt a bit sick was never actually sick the only real thing I had was extreme tiredness and feeling crappy but I put that down to a stressful job on top of my happy little surprise Im 30weeks now and I LOVE being pregnant!

if you want to put your mind at rest have an early scan at 7/8weeks

Thankyou Mrs s, yeah we are going to go private for an early scan at 7 weeks which means I still have to wait 4.5 weeks it is already driving me cazy! I just want to get the next 10 weeks over with and know if my little baby will make it.
I am not allowing myself to get excited till I know what is happening but am going to have to put on an act cause i am upsetting hubby x

This is my first pregnancy chick, and nothing has happened at all, just had the normal mw checkups, bloods and scans. Nothing bad to report!!xxxxxx Thats why i never start any posts, as i think i could be having the most boring, normal pregnancy ever!!!xxxxxxx

its less that 4.5 weeks till you 7 weeks hun they dont count from conception you date will be from the 1st day of your lmp

if your go by the dates on your ticker rather than actual conception because thats how your weeks will be counted by doctors, so you should be able to have a private scan in 2/3weeks hun.

I know its hard not to worry and stress out but just try tell yourself that a lot of women do not get symptoms until 8weeks and some people dont get them at all!

The other thing I meant to tell you was I had trouble sleeping in the begining I would wake in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to sleep, not sure if this was a symptom or just worrying but I had that until 13weeks.

I told everyone straight away and I had a lot of people saying things like "oh its early days yet" blah blah blah, the only way I could stop myself from worrying was by telling myself that I knew everything was going to be fine and I found it really helped and thats what I told people when they made silly comments too!

I have a fair amount of symptoms already-

1. My boobs feel like they are going to fall off
2. Cramping
3. Queasy
4. Bloated
5. Gassy
5. Peeing more
6. Pooing more
7. Exausted

I am just worried that if I go too early they will not be able to see the heart beating and that will worry me even more!

My first pregnancy was a breeze, no problems whatsoever. I eneded up having an emergency c section after long labour but all went fine. Unfortunately, subsequent pregnancies have not been so successful. Had an early miscarriage with no.2 and on no.3 I had my little boy Ethan early at 30 weeks due to finding Hydrops on a growth scan - he only survived for 2 days but up until then my pregnancy had been uncomplicated and never had any issues which was why it was such a shock at that late stage.

With regards to an early scan, I went for one with Ethan when I was dates 7 weeks from LMP and they didn't find a heartbeat - turns out I must have ovulated late or something as they put me back 5 days. Didn't see the heartbeat until I went back a couple of weeks later and they put me at 8-9 weeks pregnant. You got an early BFP so I think you should see a heartbeat sooner than I did, as I didn't get mine until my AF was 5 days late.

OMG I am so sorry to hear about your awful situation!

So as I got my BFP on the 7th, I believe I OV'd around the 24th-27th (My ticker says I concevied on the 24th)
The doctors think I am 4 weeks 5 days today (LMP 10th November) Which really means I am about 2 weeks and 6 days).
When would I be able to see a heart beat do you think?

I am waiting for the sonagrapher to call me back and book in my early scan.
