I was so relieved to read the posts from mums. I was beginning to think that I shouldn't go to antinatal classes if it was going to make me so scared. I know that labour is going to be very painful but I think that if I visualise too much, I may go into it too anxious and make it worse. At the same time, I want to get all the tips that I can from antinatal classes. I'll just keep this thread in mind when I go to the classes.
