1st formula feed

I made the decision for OH to give Finley an SMA formula feed last night during the night. About 20 mins after he projectile vomited it up which worried me as he is never sick! Is this because he can't handle the formula? It made me sad as he is fine with the breast but I would like to try and continue with the odd formula feed if I can. What do you think ladies? Maybe I am over reacting?

My little one is the same. I partiallly breastfeed Judah and he has formula while im at work.
Try giving a small amount of formula at first and topping up with breast milk for one feeding until he gets used to it and then gradually increasing so he can have one formula feed.
