1st doctors appointment

Well I have just made my first appointment to see my doctor. I have a few questions to ask him - and my OH wants to come. I think it might help him to feel a little more confident about this pregnancy - he is too scared to get excited.

So roll on Friday!

Cool! Wishing you all the best. (I've heard that the book 'A Bloke's Guide to Pregnancy is quite handy, too. Plus, there's a good section in my Sheila Kitsinger book for Fathers-to-be which my fella found helpful.)

I've changed doctors to one I like

Well the doctors went really well... He said my due date will be 23rd March.
I explained that I was really worried that I miscarried early, and he was great he said any problems this time - just call - even the out of hours doctors.
He said unless we have any problems that he wont need to see me again for 4 weeks - and then I will get to see a midwife about then too.
My OH was great remember to ask all the questions I had forgotton about. He is beginning to get excited.
We have decided not to tell anyone for a couple of weeks.
Its quite nice it being our own little secret!
